Dynamos away day 50 miler. Took source photo for Newgale painting from the top of the hill. Prepared canvas when we got home.

Monday 4th April

Started drawing out Newgale painting aim to keep it subtle and get some depth to it.

Tuesday 5th April

Continued Newgale painting. Notan in waste paint and colour in the sea. Going to add colour carefully, warm to the fore paling into the distance.

Wednesday 5th April

Big day for Newgale! Added colour using basic colour theory to add depth. Hedge and gorse will be the main focus for detail, need to build it up in layers.
